We understand that every detail matters when planning a special occasion. Below you’ll find answers to our most frequently asked questions to help guide you through the process. How much space do I need for a sleepover tent?
Each Tent/ Mattress is 105cm wide and 160cm long. We also have mattresses that are 186cm long. Please state when booking if you require the longer mattresses. Its important to measure to ensure that there is enough space.
How Do I pay?
We accept payment through bank transfer.
Can I cancel a booking?
Deposits are non refundable, once the balance is paid a booking cannot be cancelled. However you can rebook within 6 months subject to availability
What size photos do I need for Guess Who?
You will need 3 sets of 12 photos in A4. We do also have generic photos you can use if you'd prefer.
How far do you travel?
We are based in Banbury, for anywhere within a 15 mile radius delivery and collection is free. Outside of this radius will be a small charge to cover fuel
How do I book?
Get in touch with us by phone or message with the details of your event. We’ll confirm our availability and provide a quote, then send over a booking form. Once your deposit has been paid and the form is completed, your booking will be fully secured.
How much is the non-refundable booking deposit?
The non-refundable deposit is £50 with the remaining to be paid 1 month before the event.
Can we make changes after booking?
Yes, you can. But may be subject to availability and once a balance has been paid, we cannot offer a refund.
Do you have Public Liability Insurance?
Yes we do! If you require a copy of our certificate, please let us know and we can email it over to you.
What happens if it rains?
As the British weather can be unpredictable we offer a 6x3 metre gazebo or our bell tent if needed for an additional charge.
What happens if something gets damaged?
We understand that minor wear and tear, as well as accidental damage may occur during your event. However we reserve the right to seek compensation for any loss or damage. Provided that all items are returned in good condition, your deposit will be refunded in full within 24 hours
